Der Antistatik-Stab IDB-7 wurde f\u00fcr die Installation in Hochgeschwindigkeitsmaschinen entwickelt; sein Design ist mit 40 x 25 mm sehr kompakt und das Profil besteht aus FR-ABS, das mit Epoxidharz gef\u00fcllt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Antistatik-Stab verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein integriertes Netzteil, sodass keine Hochspannungskabel erforderlich sind, sondern nur eine 12\u201324-V-Stromversorgung. Die Frequenz ist einstellbar (0\u201320 Hz) und er ist mit einem Reinigungsalarm \u00fcber eine LED sowie einem PNP- und NPN-Fernsignal ausgestattet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gr\u00fcn\/Blau blinkend<\/strong>: OK<\/li>\n<li><strong>Violett<\/strong>: Reinigung erforderlich<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rot<\/strong>: St\u00f6rung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Emitter aus einer Speziallegierung sind \u00fcber einen Widerstand mit der Hochspannung verbunden, sodass f\u00fcr den Bediener bei versehentlichem Kontakt keine Gefahr besteht. Unsere Antistatik-St\u00e4be werden nach Ma\u00df gem\u00e4\u00df den Einsatzanforderungen des Kunden gefertigt.
