Electrostatic charges

The electrostatic charges give a lot of inconveniences, like the attraction of dust and other foreign materials. During the processing phases, the material sticks to the parts of the machine, having to suspend production to mash the product.
The electrostatic charges can also become dangerous because they trigger discharges that can damage electrical and electronic equipment, and cause fires to explode or cause injury to people.

To remedy these electrostatic charges it is necessary to ionize the air surrounding the charged body, breaking down the air atoms into positive ions (free nuclei) and into negative ions (free electrons). As opposed charges attract, a negatively charged body will attract positive ions and will yield its negative ions until it becomes neutral, while a positively charged body will attract negative ions to become neutral. Our devices consist of a power supply, to which one or four anti-static bars can be connected.
