The IDB-IP69 antistatic bar (shockless) is designed for installation in pharmaceutical and food industries where sanitization is required; this bar has an IP69 protection rating and is therefore washable with water, detergents, and solvents.
The IDB-IP69 antistatic bar is designed for installation in high-speed machinery; its design is very compact – 40×25 mm – and the FR-ABS profile is filled with epoxy resin.
This antistatic bar features an integrated power supply operating at 12-24 V and is equipped with a cleaning warning alarm via LED and remote PNP and NPN signals.
Flashing green/blue = OK, Purple = cleaning required, Red = fault.
The tungsten emitters are connected to the high voltage via a resistor, so there is no risk to the operator in case of accidental contact. Our antistatic bars are custom-built according to the customer’s application requirements. This antistatic bar features a slot where M5 screws are inserted for mounting, allowing it to be fixed wherever desired along the entire length of the bar.
