AN-01 compressed air ionizing nozzles have a dual function: cleaning the target surface while simultaneously eliminating electrostatic charges.
They are used where installation conditions are critical, especially in confined spaces.
AN-01 ionizing nozzles can have multiple configurations and be connected in series, even in a circular shape, depending on the customer’s needs.
With our nozzles, the compressed air flow is amplified approximately 25 times, resulting in significant energy savings in terms of electricity used to generate compressed air.
Like other active antistatic equipment, ionizing nozzles must be connected to an antistatic power supply via a high-voltage cable and to compressed air via a standard 1/8” air hose; we recommend using a 5-micron or smaller air filter to prevent the nozzle from coming into contact with impurities and moisture.
