The IDB-11 intelligent antistatic bar (shockless) of our production is used in multiple sectors, such as textile, paper, plastic, printing, converting, packaging, etc.
The IDB-11 antistatic bar is available in two versions: IDB-11-S for high speeds up to 2000 m/min for distances from 20 to 200 mm, and IDB-11-L for long distances from 150 up to 500 mm. Its design is very compact (40 x 25 mm) and the profile is in FR-ABS filled with epoxy resin.
This antistatic bar has an integrated power supply, so there is no need for high-voltage cables, only a 12-24 V power supply; the frequency is adjustable (0-20 Hz) and it is equipped with a cleaning warning alarm via LED and remote PNP and NPN signals.
Flashing green/blue=ok, Purple=cleaning required, Red=fault.
The titanium emitters are connected via a resistor to the high voltage, so there are no risks for the operator in case of accidental contact.
Our antistatic bars are custom-built according to the customer’s application requirements.
This antistatic bar has a slot where M5 screws are inserted for fastening, so that it can be fixed wherever desired along the entire length of the bar.
