The IRJ-170 compressed air ionizing rotating jet has a dual function: cleaning the target surface while simultaneously eliminating electrostatic charges. The ionizing rotating jet ensures complete coverage of the area to be cleaned and high efficiency, as well as very low maintenance and a long service life. To cover large areas, multiple rotating jets can be used in series; a mounting kit is available.
Like other active antistatic equipment, the ionizing rotating jet must be connected to an antistatic power supply via a high-voltage cable and to compressed air via a 6 mm tube. We recommend using a 5-micron or smaller air filter to prevent the nozzle from coming into contact with impurities and moisture.
