In vertical packaging machines, insulating materials such as plastic films and paper become electrostatically charged during movement and wrapping. These electrostatic charges can attract dust or debris to product surfaces, cause jams, and lead to imperfect sealing of packages. To address this, an ABSL-RC antistatic bar was installed to neutralize charges by ionizing the air around the material, together with an AF2WR power supply that delivers stable energy to the bar for effective operation even at high speeds.
