In wood processing, especially in panel pressing operations, material surfaces can accumulate electrostatic charges due to friction and the rapid movement of parts. These charges can make joining difficult (air bubbles), cause chips or dust to stick, and negatively affect the finished panel quality. To effectively manage this issue, an electrostatic charging bar “CBR-10” shall be installed to apply controlled charge to the material, along with an ECG-60 charge generator that powers the system, allowing targeted electrical balance and improving pressing and finishing consistency.
